1. No Government Affiliation

Hotspot Senior Homes is an independent private entity and is not owned, operated, endorsed, or directly affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), federal government, state agencies, or any governmental housing authority, unless expressly stated in a written partnership agreement.

Participation in any housing, supportive services, or independent living programs offered by True Fast Enterprises does not guarantee eligibility for government-funded benefits, subsidies, grants, disability benefits, or housing assistance.

2. Housing Availability Disclaimer

All housing placements, occupancy opportunities, co-living arrangements, and supportive housing services are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, property owner approval, funding limitations, background screening (where applicable), and program participation requirements.

Submission of an application, inquiry, or intake form does not constitute approval, tenancy, or guaranteed placement.

3. Independent Living & Supportive Services

Hotspot Senior Homes may provide housing navigation, life-skills support, wellness resources, case coordination referrals, veteran empowerment services, transportation coordination, technology-assisted living resources, and community support.

Hotspot Senior Homes does not provide medical treatment, psychiatric care, legal representation, financial advising, or emergency services unless explicitly contracted through licensed third-party providers.

Residents and participants are encouraged to seek licensed professional assistance for medical, legal, mental health, or financial matters.

4. Landlord & Property Owner Relationships

Hotspot Senior Homes may enter into leasing, master lease, property management, or partnership agreements with landlords and property owners for the purpose of providing structured housing opportunities.

Property participation terms, rent payments, maintenance responsibilities, occupancy standards, damages, and operational expectations are governed by separate written agreements.

5. Non-Discrimination Policy

Hotspot Senior Homes is committed to maintaining a fair, inclusive, and equitable housing environment. We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, veteran status, religion, or any protected classification under applicable federal, state, or local laws, including applicable housing regulations.

Information collected through applications, assessments, intake forms, and supportive service programs may be used solely for operational, eligibility, placement, compliance, or service-related purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws and organizational policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hotspot Senior Homes shall not be held liable for delays, denial of housing approval, interruption of services, third-party actions, landlord decisions, personal property loss, unforeseen circumstances, or conditions outside of organizational control.

Participants, residents, landlords, and partners acknowledge and agree to assume reasonable responsibility for compliance with all agreements, policies, and applicable laws.

8. Policy Modifications

Hotspot Senior Homes reserves the right to modify policies, procedures, housing guidelines, program requirements, and service offerings at any time without prior notice as permitted by law.
